I am not an avid reader, but like the other reviews I could not put this book down and read it in less than two days that were filled with many other interest as they were Christmas Eve & Christmas Day that were spent with our son & his family. The book was very interesting with all the different famous people that Pat and her family came in contact with and the traveling to different places. Not to forget all the opportunities that were given for Pat to be in the right place to help a variety of people with her God given gift of healing. Her book helps you to remember that you are never alone.
Thank you, Pat

This book is amazing, I could not put it down and read it in a day and a half, the story is about the author's life, and will have you laughing and crying at the same time. It is also an inspiration to those of us who have lost loved ones as the author gives hope to us all.

This book kept me wanting more and could not put it down, it has so many interesting stories that the author went through that brought me to tears on a good number of occasions I highly recommend it as I was sad when it came to the last few pages, I do hope the author gets inspired to do another edition.

Somewhere Over the Rainbow: My Story
By Patricia Foster

Well-known spiritual healer and psychic shares a life filled with divine interventions in absorbing new collection of memoirs

A well-crafted autobiography has an uncanny way of remaining simultaneously personal and relatable; the trials and tribulations of others deeply felt from an individual perspective will ideally give the reader a more comprehensive understanding of the greater human experience. Patricia Foster’s new book, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, bridges the gap, drawing readers into the details of her upbringing as she explains deeper mysteries that will be familiar to those from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Unwilling to sit back and be a passive participant in her own life, Patricia grew up with a keen sense of the world around her and an undeniable connection to unseen spirits and forces, and she sets out to chronicle her formative years and subsequent transition to adulthood, starting from age 10. Born and raised in Middlesex, Patricia details her ancestry, including her mother and father’s courtship, and includes photographs throughout,

going on to describe what life was like during her own childhood in a vivid account of post-war years that was, in part, characterized by increasingly honed sensitivity to the supernatural and a remarkable psychic ability.

As Patricia’s story continues, one of many notable moments is recalled: the meeting of her future husband, Ken. After 55 years of marriage, Ken passed away in 2009, and Patricia dedicates Somewhere Over the Rainbow to his memory. In addition to a rich family life and fulfilling marriage, Patricia found a way to channel her talents into helping others and became a successful spiritual healer.

According to Patricia, divine intervention is possible and one’s life can be forever changed with the help of spirit guides, healers and guardian angels. She writes openly and honestly about her direct experiences with such entities, and her stories combine to echo her resounding message of the benefits they’ve had on her life. No stranger to loss or hardship, Patricia details alternative coping methods learned from years of experience working with spiritual healing that readers can apply to their own lives. Find out more in this autobiography that offers more than just a life account; it provides the foundation for building a better tomorrow for anyone open to change.
